Dreams - Kidderminster

We went into Bensons Beds first, but the service there was appalling not a great experience. As soon as we arrived in Dreams the service and atmosphere was completely different, nothing was too much trouble offering advice and refreshments giving total conference in buying the product

I was greeted at the door by Brandon who took the drawer I was carrying without being asked. He understood what I wanted & immediately presented some swatches to compare with my drawer front. Nothing was too much trouble & he even carried the drawer back to my vehicle. As a disabled customer, I was grateful to the care & attention I was shown by all members of staff.

High quality of service enabled our purchase within a minimal amount of time and at a very good price. Delivery within 7 days also better than expected. Member of staff who dealt with us made our visit a very good experience and the environment was covid safe. An overall excellent shopping experience!

Jason approached me very soon after entering the store. He was friendly and helpful, but not pushy, taking time to understand my requirements and giving me options, before making suggestions. I was given the chance to try several beds before making my choice, and even given a pillow matching my one at home to give an accurate comparison. COVID safety was excellent, with pillow coverings and sprays being used, in addition to the usual masks and gel. Even the bottle of water I was provided with, and the card machine, were wiped before and after being passed to me. There was a good choice available, but not a bed base to suit my taste, so Jason found some online, and with his knowledgeable help, I was able to find one I liked. Overall, a very friendly and helpful experience. I'll be back for my son's mattress soon.

From the moment we walked into store we were welcomed but didn’t feel pressured. We had a mooch around as we weren’t planning on buying that day, then we were approached again by a young girl her name was Kodey, her knowledge and professionalism was outstanding her selling skills is something your company should hang onto. We had bottled water while the sale was put through

Kodey was extremely helpful and great at her job. The mattress and bedding we brought was great quality and we can’t wait to try it out.
