Excellent, friendly customer service from Kodey and polite, professional service from Brandon.

Kodey the assistant who helped us had a good product knowledge. She helped us to choose the correct bed and allowed us the time we needed to make our choice.

Very friendly staff, also very aware of out needs and the advice and help we were given was excellent.

I first visited the Dreams Store in Kidderminster back in January 2021 before the lockdown came in. Becky the store assistant showed me through the ranges of beds and mattresses available. Becky's knowledge of the products and ranges was excellent. She provided me with the answers to all my questions and showed a passion for the products she was selling. The lock down was then introduced and I was unable to progress the purchase. Post the lockdown easing in May 2021, Becky contacted me to point out that there was a deal on the mattress. I hadn't progressed the bed purchase, however Becky was able to come up with a deal and I was able to progress the sale last week. If it hadn't been for Becky contacting me I would probably not have progressed the sale.

The lady who helped us Becky was an absolute star, we had our 3 year old son with us and she really helped occupy him whilst also being helpful and informative about the different products. This lady and all the other staff in that day were a real credit to your company.

Becky was friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. She was amazing with our children, one of the beds was for our youngest daughter. She listened to our needs and budget and was not pushy at all.

We booked an appointment and Jason the store manager greeted us as soon as we arrived, he could not have been more helpful! Found the atmosphere in the whole store friendly and relaxing. Cannot wait to receive our new mattress now 🌟
