The 2 members of staff we dealt with, Becky and Jason were absolutely fantastic. We were greeted as soon as we entered the building in a very polite manor whilst also maintaining social distancing, we were offered a beverage also which was a very nice touch. Becky then put us on the sleepmatch machine to find our perfect mattress. After the results she then came around with us showing all kinds of different mattresses that matched to us. Again maintaining covid 19 rules by sanitising all mattresses we tried before and after, we then found the mattress we were looking for. We then were shown all different pillows and quilts and mattress covers which we went on to purchase as well as the mattress. I couldn't have asked for a better service from the staff at this store absolutely perfect and couldn't thank them enough.

Kodey was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable carried out covid sanitation and social distance at all times explained everything throughly and took the time to make sure we were satisfied

I arrived to go into Bensons for bed at 9:15 the gentleman who I later learned was called Brandon told me they opened at 10 o’clock but they were open now so I went in I was extremely satisfied with the excellent service I received and if it hadn’t have been for BrandonI would’ve had a coffee at Costas and waited until Bensons had opened Becky who serve me did 100% job well done Brandon and Becky I will certainly purchase from you again

Very professional service I used the bed simulator to help with picking the right bed for our needs. Very polite staff and good quality beds.

The store manager was polite explaining the different options. Took time to understand what we were looking for and the offers available giving us time to discuss and make our choices without being pushy. A positive experience.
