Brandon the salesman was very friendly and approachable. He listened to our requirements and offered various options with advice on what he thought was best. There was no rush while we were there and it was nice to be offered a complimentary drink while our order was placed. We would certainly recommend to anybody we thought might be visiting the store to ask for Brandon. His service was exceptional.

Becky was very friendly, courteous, and professional. She knew exactly what we were looking for. We even tried out the Sleep tester bed.

Rebecca assisted us and was most helpful and knowledgeable giving us time to discuss the most suitable product for our needs and even offered us refreshment and on choosing our new mattress she was most efficient in explaining what happens next and the services you provide on mattress disposal and recycling can’t explain how nice an experience was to make our purchase off your company make a pleasant change not to be rushed

We were highly satisfied because we were treated eith respect. Also Jason who dealt with us was very knowledgeable about the items we wished to purchase. We were not rushed to decide on our purchase. We will definitely return to Dreams again.

We were greeted as we entered the store, offered drinks, social distancing was observed at all times, offered sleep match and the use of pillows when trying out the mattresses to choose from. Overall a very good experience.
