We were very impressed with the professional service we received from dreams. All staff members were lovely and kind. All of them were very helpful in helping us find the perfect bed even tho we were very inexperienced at this they still helped us and made us feel comfortable.

Assistant was friendly and helpful and made the whole process very straight forward. Excellent service.

My experience was amazing. Becky was so friendly, so helpful and got me sorted with just what I wanted. She made us feel so welcome and made us a cup of tea. She made choosing a new bed really simple and her knowledge was brilliant. Would highly recommend both becky and dreams to anyone.

One reason and one reason alone Becky. She was simply amazing. Cheerful, helpful and a fab sales lady. We had actually gone to the wrong shop and should’ve gone to Bensons Beds but Becky was so helpful we promised her we would go back and order the bed from her. We did a couple of weeks later. She was fab!!!
