Dreams - Kidderminster

I don't like shopping, specifically when the choice is big as it was at the shop but I managed to close the purchase in about 20 minutes. I think I got reasonably good deal from a friendly shop assistant /manager (not pushy one, just helpful when needed) who also carried the mattress to my car.

The assistant who served us was very welcoming and friendly and sorted us out with what we wanted very quickly. We even got a cup of tea. I have just renewed all our household beds with Dreams and I have been very happy with the service.

The store manager was friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy. Took the time to show us and test several different mattresses.

Jason was amazing! As soon as I walked into the shop I felt at ease with social distancing and how clean the store was. Jason went over all my options and had great product knowledge. He listened to all my criteria to help me find the right mattresses. I also had my 5 year old son George with me and Jason was fantastic with him. George enjoyed trying out the cloud bed. Having a happy child makes the shopping experience so much easier. I am also very impressed with the cost and what is on offer in the 8 year insurance.

We were greeted by the Store Manager Jason and quite quickly he was able to understand our needs. Extremely approachable/ professional and knowledgeable across the product range in store. A true ambassador for the dreams brand and it was clear the engagement within the team was strong. Good atmosphere- I will most certainly recommend.

I was welcomed by Becky at the Kidderminster store, who immediately put me at ease with her friendly manner. She offered Sleepmatch to assist in my choice and nothing was too much trouble in showing me the mattresses available and letting me test them with pillows. Her product knowledge was very good. She provided refreshments too while I made my decision and then processed my order efficiently, even ensuring the best delivery date met my availability. She made the whole exercise a pleasant experience, even with the social distancing limitations followed. Thank you Becky.
