Dreams - Kidderminster

I was highly satisfied by my visit to the Kidderminster store, being served by Becky. I visited twice and during the two visits she made effort to get to know us so that she could offer us the best advice. She offered us tea and coffee and really looked after us, never making us feel rushed. She provided pillows to test the mattresses with and tried her best to honour our original quote on our second visit after the price had increased.

Visited the store and Brandon and Jason were absolutely superb. Both these guys couldn't do enough to help us. Talked us brilliantly through the purchase and we felt no pressure to buy. I watched them with other customers too and they just have a natural ability to make you feel comfortable. Well done lads, I will certainly be back.

Brandon took time to understand my elderly mothers needs and was very patient with her as she is also deaf. He looked at her & spoke slow & clearly so she was able to lip read. Is product knowledge was excellent and smiled as he spoke which made her day. He was also able to listen to me explaining (on the side)her actual disabilities without my mother noticing which is a skill in its self having spent many years in retail myself. He is a credit to your store & company.

It was due to the service given by the assistant, Brandon. He was helpful, had excellent product knowledge and was not pushy. We (me, my wife and our granddaughter) all agreed that he was a credit to your company.

Very helpful staff and a lovely cuppa tea too

Very friendly staff and we felt looked after. We were greeted by Jason on arrival and he told us about the service provided including sleepmatch which was a really enjoyable experience. Social distancing was observed at all times. We were given our own pillows and also offered a drink.

The staff (Becky & manager Jason at Kidderminster store) couldn’t do enough for us. We bought 5 beds in total and spent nearly 3 hours in store choosing the products most suitable for my family. We were offered refreshments on several occasions and all of our questions were answered thoroughly. Left the store a an extremely happy customer. Please pass on my thanks to the Kidderminster branch, especially those I’ve previously named.
