The young lady who dealt with us was very efficient, very pleasant and gave us time to browse at our own pace. We were impressed with the range of products available and the knowledge of the staff member.

We dealt with jason, at the kidderminster branch and he was mega helpful and understood what we needed, he wasn't pushy and infact he was trying to help us save money and offering the most cost effective solutions which was great, helped us find the right mattress with us and even saved us abit of money
