Jason was absolutely superb. Even changed mattresses onto the bed frame we wanted so we could get a true feeling for it before ordering. Very very helpful along with the other staff we interacted with in the branch.

From the moment we stepped through the door the store manager, Jason was very helpful, explaining the products and taking the time to listen to our requirements.

I was greeted by a friendly and professional sales person. The person I spoke to listened to my requirements and helped me make a choice that suited my requirements and my budget. The health and safety was evident and I felt safe in the store. I was offered a drink while the paperwork was completed for the order.

Excellent selection of products. Clear easy to understand signage. Personable, knowledgeable, helpful staff who assisted us in our choice,taking into account certain physical ailments of my wife and I.
