We were very impressed with help & knowledge Frances at the Kidderminster store gave us ,her advice & helpfulness of other products was beneficial, we brought two tempur comfort pillows .

The customer service assistant was excellent and I am sure that the product will not disappoint us. I would have liked a little more choice on deliver example am or pm slot. But I will not get that until the day before.

The first time we visited the shop in Kidderminster was only too look and see what was available. We had unusual request we need to replace the mattress on our Narrowboat and because of the restricted space you cannot just get a normal mattress on board it has to bend or fold, the salesman new exactly what we needed. We went away to check the measurements, came back a week later & when we entered the shop, they remembered us, nothing was too much trouble quality of product and service was 110% thank you Tony & Theresa
