We were tired and stressed trying to find a mattress we could afford and agree about. Entered the shop on a whim and had a really pleasant time choosing, trying and experiencing the computer bed was interesting to say the least. Had a lovely friendly welcome from Becca and a superb cuppa too from the manager. She spent ages with us and was a real pleasure to be with. We left refreshed and delighted with our purchase.

The sales assistant was VERY friendly and helpful. Made the whole process pleasurable . She really is a credit to the company - please pass on our thanks

From the time we entered the store we had help from one of your professional and staff. Becky was so professional and friendly she so helpful.

plenty of stock to look at in the showroom, assistant made us feel comfortable, valued & in no way hurried. we were encouraged to try a variety of beds and pillows, told about discounts available, offered refreshments, didn't feel pressured into making a decision - went away to think and came back to place order, all aspects of ordering and delivery explained clearly the store staff were friendly and knowledgeable

A lady called Becky is the entire reason I am highly satisfied. She went out of her way to ensure we found the right bed and mattress. This was the fourth store we had visited and I was very frustrated as we hadn’t found what we wanted in the other stores. She was patient, listened to what we wanted, found out what was in stock and then showed us everything and sorted out a price. I wanted a cheap mattress but Becky insisted we try all options and not make a rush decision into a bad mattress for us. She again took so much time and made it a fun, pleasant experience. Without Becky I wouldn’t have made the purchase as the bed we brought wasn’t on display. She had great knowledge and a lovely way about her. Great sales person.

We were unsure about which type of bed to buy and the sales assistant was excellent in listening to our needs and helping us to interpret what would be the best type of bed to buy.

Everything was made clear and understandable.

Francis greeted us immediately, was very professional in the way she dealt with our enquiry. She listened and directed us to the test beds' She gave a full explanation of what was going to happen and then showed us the different beds suggested for us. At no time did she try to try to persuade us to buy a more expensive product. It was a real pleasure to be served by such a lovely young lady.

Jason was really helpful. He had to leave for an appt and Codie was equally helpful and friendly.
