I was very satisfied however the item I wanted was more expensive than I expected to pay.

The mattress although covered in heavy plastic, was dusty along two sides. And REALLY you don’t need to notify me that your coming soo many times, in both texts and emails. Totally over the top.

More choice in store would have been good

Satisfied with the assistant. Just not able to get drawers on both sides of the bottom of the bed hence had to pay more for what we wanted plus 2 smaller drawers.

Highly satisfied the sales assistant who was good

The experience we had was fine and everything we asked about were answered. That’s why we proceeded to purchase the mattress. The only thing I can say is , we will only know how satisfied we will be is when we can really try our mattress is when we can sleep on it for a few days.

The help and attention I received whilst I was in store, was very good. Sometimes however I felt as though things I had mentioned in general conversation (when trying pick between two beds), was being relayed and maybe used to influence me into getting the more expensive bed. This wouldn’t of bothered me if the information being relayed back to me, wasn’t slightly different to what I actually had said. In saying this however it is possible that potentially what I was saying, just got interpreted in a different manner to what it was meant. Other than this, the service was great.
