Not only was your Sales Person{ Brandon}extremely professional, very helpful, greeted me as I walked in store, your Manager put the kettle on and made me tea! I went to your store for a Free standing Headboard which I also purchased at the same time, I mentioned my bad back, Brandon invited me to try your Tempur mattress to see if it was comfortable, I could not believe the amount of comfort, so ordered one, and I will return after the new year for another mattress plus pillows for my guest bedroom, the level of customer service is second to none, which makes a very pleasant change, Thank You

The staff were very friendly and knew all about the products so it was easy for me to choose what I wanted

Rebecca looked after me, she was very polite, informed me of the products well, good knowledge on the difference and tailored what I looked at pending on my budget. She said she has only been with dreams for 3 weeks! If she wasn’t there I would of probably walked out with nothing

Visited the new Kidderminster store last week. We were greeted by Jason who was very helpful and he explained everything we needed to know about the beds and mattresses. He even measured everything for us, then we went home and measured up and came back to purchase 3 beds and 2 mattresses. We would highly recommend Jason and his team, we didn’t feel pressured to buy anything, we chose at our own leisure. Even enjoyed a free cuppa!

Exceptional staff - Chris was so patient and helpful throughout the whole process, not pushy at all, just really informative and supportive. My partner and I have very different preferences in a mattress and so we weren't easy customers but with his help, and the great advice offered by Jason the store manager, we have both come away happy with our decision and excited to receive our new bed! Thanks!
