Dreams - Kidderminster

I feel that Brandon from the Kidderminster store was very helpful, he listened to our budget and we tried the bed which told you which mattress is best for you, we tried around 5/6 mattresses, and he gave us plenty of time to decide and figure out which was best for us, telling us to lay on the bed as long as we needed. When we finally decided we sat down to discuss payment, we chose finance and he asked us if we wanted a drink while we sorted this part out, and was very chatty and made us feel very welcome, overall a good and comfortable experience at this store

Rebecca, the assistant who helped us, was superb. She claimed 24 years of experience with beds and mattresses, and she correctly predicted what the fancy electronic bed scanning machine would say. She went to great lengths to find the perfect mattress, and we are hopeful that it will be.

Very proactive team working within the store asked all our requirements and recommended a number of suitable products. Then went into detail physically showing us what each item had to offer
