Dreams - Kidderminster

We came in to Dreams looking for a new mattress for our bed. Brandon helped find us the perfect one, he could answer all of our questions and was friendly and helpful without being pushy. To us, the salesperson is usually just as important as the product we are buying, if we don't like the person then we don't make a purchase, even if the product is perfect. We ended up also buying a TV bed, even though we didn't go looking for a bed and Brandon helped us to find the perfect one online as the ones in store just didn't feel right. We'd recommend Dreams and Brandon to anyone and we'll be back when we do our spare room.

The young man that talked & walked me through my Dreams experience was Brandon. He was very knowledgeable, was very patient & understood my needs. At no point during my journey did I feel rushed or pressurised which was really appreciated. He explained all the options available to me & my purchase was made.

I was made welcome as soon as I entered the store was immediately shown items that I was interested in. Fully explained and shown alternatives. Brandon was very smart and extremely polite and had time for us. He is a credit and asset to your Company I would not hesitate to call again (it was my first visit) I rarely buy on my first visit but he won me over and I did not feel I needed a second opinion. Excellent, Excellent, Excellent.

Rebecca was lovely and helpful ....gave us information on different mattresses ....we could have done with a couple of complimentry pillows though. Service was lovely ...dont know how the mattress is as its not in for delivery until february so a bit of a wait.

We were attended by a member of staff who was friendly, knowledgeable and flexible with the products we tried. We weren't rushed and were given the time and opportunity to try many items and ask as many questions as needed.

Got both the service and product I required
