The sales assistant (Rebecca) was super helpful, highly knowledgeable and not in the slightest bit 'pushy' and hard sell. she showed us a number of beds and we had time to browse on our own when needed. The other assistants in the store were friendly and chatty too so we felt very comfy to shop there. the product range Dreams has on offer for both mattresses and frames is excellent so a great place to shop.

This was the first time that we have visited dreams and was very pleased with the service and how friendly your staff were they didn't hurry us . We would come back again.

overall very good it was nice to have a bit of banter with your assistant all was taken in good taste and in the end i was happy with the deal just looking forward to get my mattress and if the information i was given is right a good night sleep should follow.

Very simple really. We had two failed product purchases from the local Carters Beds. We got a refund and went looking for a replacement again. We found what we had originally been looking for in the Kidderminster store. Friendly staff easy transaction. Happy Wife, Happy Life.

Sales staff Brandon was most professional. His product knowledge was excellent, he spoke clearly and slowly to enable my wife and me to take in details of our prospective purchase. At no time did we feel he was pressurising us to make a purchase.
