Customer sales representative was welcoming and knowledgeable and catered to our needs. She was not intimidating and didn’t try to push to much of a hard sale which can often be off putting. Very helpful and approachable. Will definitely return

Rebecca was very friendly and honest re bed. Asked age of my son (7) said beat to have slats . she could do said the coil was better and I would of paid the extra. As she was so honest I will come and use her when we decorate my other sons room in the summer

This was my first visit to a Dreams store and was impressed by the helpful way in which the sales assistant Chris went through all of the various mattresses and beds, he described the benefits of each one of the items that we were interested in, in a clear and understandable way. I’m sure that the next mattress we buy will be from Dreams. Thank you.

On our first visit we were helped by Becky & even though she was new she was very helpful & efficient. We checked other companies but came back to dreams because of the experience & products offered. The second visit we were helped by Jason, who was also very helpful. Superb customer service

Rebecca, the assistant that served us was most knowledgeable, helpful, giving us time to make a decision, letting us test the beds at length, not pushy at all, helped select pillows for comfort, finding out which mattresses were available to take home this evening- fabulous staff and great service. Offered us a drink while we perused the showroom, giving us time to decide.

Excellent service, the sales assistant Chris was very pleasant and helpful. He was also very good with our two young children. After leaving the store the first time we could have ordered online as it would have been easier with the kids, but the service was great and Chris was great with the kids we came back to the store to order.

On entering the shop we were uncertain of exactly what mattress we wanted, we were greeted by Brandon who immediately made us feel welcome without Being pushy. He gave us lots of relivent information which helped us come to a final decision on which mattress was best for our needs.An extra bonus was the mattress we chose was in stock so we left with it there and then. Extremely happy with every aspect of our experience in store today.
