This in turn enabled us to be confident that we were making the correct purchase. We were not pressured into making a purchase which enabled us to feel confident in the advice we were given. I had previously had a very bad experience with Lee Longlands and I have made an official complaint. However I needed a mattress so I went to Dreams. I told them about the trouble wih LL. The Dreams store manager (Jason) and is assistant (Brandon) went out of their way to ensure there would not be any problems. It was whilst I was at Dreams I was given a booklet about Tempur mattresses and it was then I realised that I had been mis sold by LL. Jason explained about the differences in the Tempur mattresses. I had made it clear I did not want a firm mattress in LL but was sold a Tempur Conture, which was the firmest mattress by Tempur. Jason explained all this to me and encouraged me to have a good look around and try any bed I wanted - he confirmed that the Conture mattress was the firmest mattress that Tempur make and they later confirmed this. Jason showed me the one that would be best for me,the Tempur Cloud collection with a softer feel, which is what Tempur had told me. As you know these mattresses are expensive but as soon as I lay on the Cloud, I knew it was the right one. I cannot fault DREAMS in Kidderminster..

We visited Dreams, Bensons & Lee Longlands looking to purchase a bed and mattress. The Dreams sales guy, Chris, was excellent very helpful and friendly. His assistance along with the bed/mattress quality made the decision to buy from Dreams easy.
