Francis was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and polite. She went above and beyond to find a bed we liked. Jason was also on hand with delivery enquiries. Service was impeccable and I would highly recommend this store in Kidderminster.

The assistant Becky at Kidderminster was friendly knowledgeable and helped us consider what we wanted easily She was happy to give us as much time as we needed and I was impressed that she remembered exactly what we liked as we ordered 2 beds and mattresses I had almost forgotten what we had chosen by the time we came to actually put the order in The ordering was straight forward and delivery fairly quick We spent more than we thought we would but we are happy with our choice and really looking forward to trying out our new bed when it arrives

Our item was out of stock but the staff member took our details and they checked in with us periodically while we were waiting. They called as soon as the item was back in and could not apologise enough for the delay, which was no one’s fault The process to place the order was straight forward as they had our details from the first visit. Both visits staff were fantastic
