The buying process was relaxed and informative. Use of the technology in store helped to select a mattress that so far has delivered to expectation. The store assistant in Kidderminster was informative, supportive and good humoured. At no time did he try to pressure a sale.

Excellent customer service felt a valued customer welcome warmly by the members of staff offered plenty of product choice and very impressive knowledge of products . No pressure from Rebecca who made the whole process clear and concise . Will recommend to others at every opportunity .
