Chris the store attendant at the time was a top man, understood my needs, wasn’t pushy but made himself known for assistance, great knowledge when asked about different products.

I went into dreams at Kidderminster I was interested in a TV bed. I was approached by Chris who was very knowledgeable and very helpful and filled me in on everything there is to know about TV beds and asked what my needs were. On that basis he advised me about each bed that I was looking at and what my best suit me I was very satisfied with his friendly nature even though I could see he was in some kind of pain. He later came out that he actually had some broken ribs from a car accident! What a trooper still he managed to deliver really good customer service with a smile and a bit of a laugh and a joke. I also spoke to the manager he was very informative and very pleasant to I think you have a really good team at Kidderminster by the way I am blind and they were so understanding and helpful they were really good I will definitely return to Kidderminster in the future to buy anything to do with beds et cetera pillows quilts anything I will always go there from now on give them a big thank you from me.

Brandon, our sales assistant, was knowledgeable and gave good, sensible advice. We were impressed with the sleeping assessment at the start of our visit. Brandon clearly valued us as customers. We would not hesitate to recommend Dreams to our friends and family.

Brandon was a key reason in our rating, he was friendly but not pushy, knowledgable and provided lots of options for us and really spent time with us and was patient with our indecision! Using the sleepmatch system was really useful too.
