Store assistant Brandon was very helpful , not pushy and very polite , we had a cup of tea and was he was very pleasant to talk to . Answered all our questions so will be highly recommended.

I was greeted by Becky who was outstanding in the way she talked me through what I needed and what was best for me so much so I went into store to look for maybe a future purchase but due to Beckys excellent CS skills I ended up purchasing a mattress and the one that was right for me.

Becky the assistant was amazing a real credit to your sales team, nothing was too much trouble, there was no intensive sales push, she listened to what we wanted an made appropriate recommendations, we spent over two hours deciding with Becky partipating in the mattress choosing, very friendly.

The staff were very friendly and professional and made us feel very welcome. We also said we were interested in buying the bed etc but only if we were offered coffee and use the toilet. They both laughed but offered both very quickly.

Jason the manager was extremely helpful and on occasions quite correctly left us alone for a while to discuss our options. A very good salesman but not too pushy.

The service was excellent and the staff were very professional and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We were given plenty of information and help and it was very relaxing and no pressure to buy. We did say we would buy the bed etc but only if we were offered coffee and use the toilet.

Staff were very helpful and informative. Explained about all the mattresses then left us to browse in our own time and not to pushy.

We were served by Kelly who was extremely helpful and gave us plenty of advice which resulted in going back to purchase the mattress from her after looking at numerous options elsewhere.
