We had excellent customer service from Becky and Jason at the Kidderminster store. They were both helpful and very friendly. Becky tested us on the computerised bed to see which of the mattresses would be the most suitable. We were also given advice on looking after it and protecting it from drink spills etc.

Myself and my partner were served by the wonderful Becky at the Kidderminster branch. As first time bed buyers she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and made the whole process very very easy! She was truly an asset to the company!
