Becky at Kidderminster was amazing to deal with from start to finish!

The lay out of choices was excellent, your member of staff was very informative and guided us to the products that met our requirements. We were then able to make a choice without feeling hassled or pressurised. We felt we were treated respectfully and when we needed answers the ember of staff provided very good information. We did not feel that we were badgered or put under pressure like we have in some stores, and this made us feel more relaxed and comfortable

The assistant in the KIdderminster store (named Brandon) was very knowledgeable about the products, using visual aide models of the springs. It was refreshing to find a person as well informed.

visited 2 stores one in redditch and your one in kidderminster both were very good both situations the staff were very good we went to kidderminster because it was closer and all the staff there were good sales people in every aspect

the lady that served me was very helpful and informative. she was friendly and welcoming. she was good at her job and knew the products

Becky greeted us when we went in the shop,she was really helpful, she wasn't pushy allowed us to brows the shop . When we were ready to discuss the items we required she was very knowledgeable about the products , giving us time to try out the beds we favoured. Becky offered us a drink while she was doing the paper work ,which was very nice . Her colleague Chris was also very pleasant also , I must say the whole experience of shopping for our new bed was one of the best we have had when buying new furniture for a long time . Becky even carried our other items to the car for us . I will definitely go there again when I need bedding it was a really pleasant to shop at the store in kidderminster G Pickering

My daughter and I were served by Chris. He really took the time to explain how to choose the most suitable mattress and bedframe combination, including explaining the pros and cons of different materials and styles of bed. Chris was friendly and knowledgeable and really made us feel relaxed and comfortable despite our visit being quite late on a Monday evening.
