We were impressed as we had the best service in Dreams compared to all the other bed shops we looked around Brandon was definitely the most helpful assistant we came across.

Very happy with my order this is the 2nd time ive been down 1st a double bed for myself and as i was very happy with the service i came and ordered a single bed and 3 mattresses

Friendly efficient service

Becky was very knowledgeable about the beds and advise she gave,was very friendly and a pleasure to do business with.and made the three of us a drink.Also did the sleep match and pillow test. We will definitely be recommending our daughter and her partner to call at your Kidderminster branch because they are currently looking for a bed.

The member of staff that helped us (Becky) was fantastic, she took the time to understand our needs and showed us all of our options, she wasn’t pushy just very warm and helpful.

Very friendly helpful staff over all good service

Becky greeted us and introduced herself, but allowed us the space to look around first before going through the Sleepmatch process. She explained how it benefitted us, provided suitable pillows for testing and then showed us our recommended options. We settled on our chosen mattress, and Becky gave the children colouring to do and provided us with a welcome cuppa whilst we paid and arranged a delivery date. Relaxed, no pressure, and friendly, honest, staff. Thanks for a great customer service experience!
