Brandon was very friendly and professional. He seemed very knowledgeable and was very helpful with no pressure in pushing us into a sale. I would recommend going into the Kidderminster store again.

The store manager Jason couldn’t help us enough he and his staff was very welcoming .

We were greeted straight away and asked what we were looking for. The salesman listened to our requirements and found us the beds we needed online. The salesman was very knowledgeable and chatted whilst taking down our details.

Jason was really helpful and did everything he could to let me know all the information on the beds and mattresses available.

I was served by a man called Brandon, he was very patient made me feel welcome also had first class product knowledge. He also allowed me time to make an informed decision. Finally he processed the whole purchase effortlessly and to suit our needs. Exceptional customer service from him with no pressure. First class.

Brandon displayed a great deal of knowledge, which gave us the confidence to make a purchase. We were helped and informed but not pressurised in any way.

Basically I had already searched for what I wanted at home on the internet, and when I found what I was looking for I took a screen shot and saved it to take to the store in Kidderminster. As I walked through the doors I was taking my phone out of my pocket and the lovely Rebecca came straight over to help. I was offered a drink while we filled out the receipt and then Rebecca took me over to where the mattress I wanted was. She even carried it out to my car! You just don't get service like that anywhere. I will definitely be going there again.

I visited the shop with my parents and from the moment we walked in the assistant called Becky was so helpful. My farther has difficulty walking and she was so kind and talked to him and understood his requirements . Nothing was too much trouble for her. My parents spent approx £1100 on a bed and mattress due to her been so lovely and helpful. I was so impressed i returned three hours later with my wife and received again 100% attention to our requirements. We was so pleased we then spent approx £2400 ( this order ref) I cant recommend Dreams or the assistant highly enough. Please pass on our thank to the assistant called Becky as she is a credit to Dreams , The main reason we purchased from Dreams was product quality, But mainly the attention to detail to our needs from the assistant . It was a pleasure to visit and meet Becky.

when me and my family visited showroom your staff member brandon gave us full choices of mattresses you have and even tried the bed which monitors my body for picking perfect mattress for our needs and was happy with my choice as your staff was professional and polite offering ranges and options available in all we were completely satisfied with our purchase as we were shown all your mattresses you offer I can happily sleep with my purchase once Its delivered as suffer back problems work related dreams has everything I need and will happily use again and recommend
