Brandon, your colleague from the Kidderminster store could not have been more helpful. He was there to answer questions and help when required but was not pushy or trying to sell us anything we didn't want. We were very impressed with our whole experience, thank you Brandon.

Jason was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly without any sales pressure. There was a good selection of good quality mattresses available.

Becky our sales executive was absolutely amazing and after assisting us locate our perfect bed frame escorted us to the sleepmatch where we then located our perfect mattress. Becky was absolutely phenomenal and couldn’t help us enough with this being our first bed buy she also had a few tips from Jason who also was more than happy to supply us with any information we needed. Have already rang my mum to tell her the good news, she’s buying a new house later this year and said she would definitely be going to Dreams Kidderminster!

Was met with great customer service as soon as we walked through the door. We were approached by Becky who explained all the different products you had in store and showed us similar items which we could order online if it wasn't available in the store itself. She introduced us to the sleep assess mattress which was a good experience and really helped us identify the best mattress type for us. Once this was done we picked a frame and mattress very easily and the order was placed quickly. Becky allowed us to choose our delivery date and offered half price pillows which we purchased.
