We were welcomed upon arrival and given an overview of the products then we were left to browse at our own pace but as soon as we needed any assistance a store colleague was available.

Complete attention of sales assistant made to feel welcome and not a bother, Assistant extremely attentive

From entering the store we were greeted by the manager who asked what we were looking for and then explained how the store was laid out and the levels of mattresses available. After looking around he asked whether we wanted the sleep/mattress test and introduced us to his colleague, Kodey. she then took us round her suggestions following the test and explained what each bed and mattress did. She was very knowledgeable about your products etc. She was also very good when placing our order.

Both the assistant Becky and the manager were very friendly and knowledgeable. All my questions were answered swiftly and although the items I specifically went into store to view were not there, I was shown alternatives.

Kodey was patient with us and super helpful. We were very happy with our purchase decision

Rebecca was very easy to get along with she made my wife and me extremely comfortable, we didn't feel pressured in any way, Rebecca listened to our needs and amazingly led us to the appropriate beds for us to try. Her manager Jason was also extremely helpful and assisted where it was important which was the prices. I noticed that the team in the store all assisted each other this was really wonderful to witness as usually staff are fighting each other for customers. I would definitely recommend Rebecca to my friends as I know she would look after them but also feel that any member of staff would do the same but Rebecca might just have the edge.

Very satisfied with this company,the service was outstanding. The member of staff was very knowledgable, guided us through the process of choosing the correct bed for our needs. I found the computerised bed amazing. So clever and fun. We would highly recommend this store.

The assistant knew what we wanted and found us what we needed in price bracket. Had some extras thrown in. Very speedy service . No hanging about. Could take away mattress straight away as well. Informed.us of best way to care for it.
