Dreams - Kidderminster

I always like to shop at Dreams Bed stores. This one I visited yesterday was in Kidderminster not the usual local one, The Assistant Brandon was very pleasant, helpful and cheerful not pushy like in some stores and after phoning my husband went back into store and made my purchase.

Your Sales Assistant was very friendly and courteous He supplied a printed copy of the bed we liked showing full dimensions which was extremely useful. We then called the store to discuss the order to find he was on leave but the Manager then answered our queries and again was extremely helpful and friendly. He gave us lots of advice about our mattress requirements so we could order exactly what suited our needs. We are both OAPs so that was extremely important. He followed up with email stock firm pricing and possible delivery times within five mins of our call. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED.

The gentlemen were very eager to help, not pushy. Listened well and made my young family feel very welcome.

An outstanding service! I was greeted on arrival, and offered a drink. I was torn between two bed frames, and Brandon took the time to explain the specifications of each one, this helped me determine which bed frame was best suited to me. We then moved on to the sleepmatch, as it had been many years since I bought a mattress, so wanted to make sure I was going to purchase the best type for me. Now, this was quite an experience! I lay there on my back while the technology did its thing. Thinking it would feel like an eternity, but then noticed the screen overhead, so I had something to watch as it tested which type of mattress I would need - confirmed my thoughts of 'firm'. Brandon took me round the various mattress's in this category, and showed lots of patience as I tried, and re-tried each one. Bless him, he followed me around with a pillow so I could lie on the beds with the pillow height I'm used to. All of the staff were very friendly, and chatty, the mood was relaxed, yet informative. Turning what could be a very boring task of choosing a new bed and mattress into a light-hearted and pleasurable experience.

I was met with friendly and helpful staff that helped me find the right bed. I would recommend dreams Kidderminster to anyone looking to purchase a new bed, great prices and value for money.

I popped into the store just to have a look and get some advice after numerous months on bed shopping and research, Brandon was one of the most helpful people I’ve met whilst on the hunt for a new bed and seemed to give very honest and genuine feedback without being atall pushy. I had a great feeling in the store and trusted that I didn’t need to do any further research. I left the store, called my partner and went back to place the order! I was greeted, asked if I wanted a drink atall, Brandon gave me the different options of pillows/bedding available but again wasn’t pushy in the slightest. Overall I cannot fault my experience with this store and I truly believe that Brandon made all the difference coming across in such a genuine way with a friendly manner. I’d definitely return to Dreams for any further bed needs! Thanks :)

Becky at your Kidderminster store was very friendly, knowledgeable and stayed after the store officially closed to deal with our purchase. We were given plenty of time to make our decision and not rushed in any way. Lovely, bubbly personality and great customer care and service.
