I had complicated requirements due to buying a house and the sales team were excellent. There was a good range of beds to choose from. The sales team listened carefully to what I needed. I was given a sleep match which I found very helpful but even then I was not pressured into taking a more expensive mattress than I could afford. I spent over an hour in store, was offered a cup of tea and my so. Was also dealt with with curtesy and with an effective result. Both staff were friendly, knowledgeable and had a good sense of fun. Chris made the experience a pleasure. I am looking forward to receiving the products. Thank you

Becky was so friendly decided to purchase Headboard today. She even spent time explaining mattresses and went on Sleep bed which identified what firmness we needed. We shall be back to purchase mattress as well

Friendly, knowledgeable staff who listened to our requirements and suggested the perfect mattress for us. Brandon was especially kind to our son, who was with us at the time, explaining the technology that went into the manufacturing process keeping him occupied and engaged. This discreetly enabled my husband and I to take our time in choosing the right mattress for us. Such a pleasant experience all round which ultimately led to me returning to the same store and purchasing another mattress for my other son.
