Great customer service. Chris judged us just right. Gave us the information we needed, he knew when to leave us alone and when to help. He was unobtrusive but whilst paying attention to where we were at in our decision making process. We felt that he made sure that understood our needs and had good product knowledge to meet these.

We were extremely happy with the service and advise from Becky. We don't live local to the store but our friends recommended Becky so we decided to visit the store. We are so happy we made the journey and can't wait for our mattress to be delivered.
