Brandon was very helpful , picked out the right mattress for me. And did not rush us at all. Friendly and informative.

The Sales Assistant was very helpful and understood our requirements. He was able to show us several options, pointing out the differences and qualities.

Becky the sales lady was extremely friendly and said hello as soon as we walked in. Gave us great advice and told us all about the deals on and when they were available until. Helped us place and order and even allowed me to use the toilet as pregnant!

The salesperson Chris, was friendly listened and took his time to understand what we were looking for, he was helpful and directed us to the right product for us, we had also visited bensons for beds, and Chris was 100% better and more helpful than the other stores salesmen Very happy with his service and his help

I dealt with Jason on both times I attended the store, I was remembered the second time and nothing was too much trouble. The personal touch and nothing was any trouble. All staff was eager to help and assist but not pushy like some sales people. Listening to my thoughts and needs and advising accordingly. Valuable advice and constructive. I preferred everything about this store compared to the competition would definitely return and recommend. Fantastic team who are approachable! If they are given the right tools to do their job they could become very successful and a leader in the area with their knowledge and customer service which is perfect

I am in sales and want to particularly compliment the management and training in this store, Brandon who served me on the day had been taught how pushy selling can deter people as was not the case at bensons next door! He listened to the customer, had great knowledge and went about everything in an efficient manner. I have already recommended Dreams to two clients and am normally reluctant to recommend as it can be negative for your own reputation.
