Becky was absolutely brilliant. Couldn't fault her at all. We took our 2year old into the store and whilst we were trying out the mattress machine, Becky was playing with our daughter, keeping her entertained. Being 30 weeks pregnant this was highly appreciated. Becky did keep coming to check that we were getting on OK, she didn't abandon us! She is honestly one of the best sales team members I have ever come across. We only went in for a mattress for our daughter, ended up buying one for ourselves as well, the service was that brilliant we thought get it all done at once. Excellent.

I knew what I wanted as I had been recommended by my Sister. Chris took me straight to the mattress and he Assisted me in choosing a bed frame. He was most courteous at all times and whilst getting me a drink the Manager told me all about Flaxby Manor.

Met by Chris on arrival at the Kidderminster store. He clearly explained a range of mattresses of which we tested several. He questioned our existing mattress and positions of sleep. Within the hour we selected and purchased a Tempur Hybrid mattress on Monday 16th September and the mattress was delivered, as advised, on Saturday 21st September at 0800 hours. The delivery team were very pleasant, very efficient, our new mattress was in place and our existing mattress removed within 15 minutes. The service was excellent and we have recommended Dreams to our neighbour. Thank you.

THE GENTLEMAN WAS VERY OBLIGING AND EVEN MADE US COFFEE, GAVE US AS MUCH AS HE COULD IN OFFERS. THE STORE WAS SPOTLESS AND DID SHOW US EXACTLY WHAT WE WANTED.

Jason the store manager in kidderminster was friendly and knowledgable. Helped me find what I wanted with no pushy hard selling. Great experience.
