Dreams - Kidderminster

Brandon took time to explore our needs and find a product which suited us. He was friendly, knowledgeable and listened to us. We explored a range of products and although we were guided during this process, I felt supported rather than 'sold' a product.

The assistant was very efficient. He showed me exactly what I was looking for. Encouraged me to try out the mattress and then booked the appointment for delivery.

The sales lady was very kind and helpful nothing was too much trouble even had a cup of tea.

Jason our salesman was helpful without being pushy. His knowledge was very good and gave us the tools to make the decision that was right for us. We could not fault our visit to the Kidderminster store.
