Lots of mattresses to try. Tried the Sleep match which helped us understand which mattress would best suit our needs. The lady who served us (Becky) couldn’t have done more. She listened to our needs, was not pushy and was very friendly. We were offered a drink, shown all the additional products on offer, told the different delivery and payment options, and we even got a hug! Give this lady a pay rise! All in all, a very pleasant visit and we can’t wait to receive our new mattress.

Becky who helped us with the purchase was excellent , her knowledge of the product was just what we needed. No "overselling" which would have put me off, I found the experience stress free.
