A very warm and friendly approach,given extensive advise without over powering sale pitch .(a very welcome change in today's society) Thank you to the manager and staff for an efficient transaction.

The store assistant was very knowledgeable about the products on offer, he spent as much time as we needed showing us around, the store had a good range of products on display.

Jason had the perfect balance of being helpful and attentive without tipping over into being pushy. He was knowledgeable and friendly - so much so that even though Dreams was the first place we had looked, we didn't bother going anywhere else.

The manager was extremely helpful and patient and there was no pressure to make a purchase. He listened to what we were looking for and made good suggestions. We found it a relaxing shopping experience. He also makes good coffee!

Your assistant was a credit to Dreams. I was unable to progress an order on my first visit but despite knowing a sale was not forthcoming she was 💯 attentive. On my follow-up visit (following a shoulder operation) she was again highly sympathetic and understanding of my pain so went above and beyond with helping with our final choice of bed, mattress etc.

Needed a new mattress and base, Brandon was very helpful "measured" me for the correct mattress and showed us plenty that the machine recommended.

WE had a specific requirement. We were shown 3 items. We picked the last one. Job done!

Becky was very informative of the range, explaining my options & the current deals in store. We did the bed analysis, then over a nice cuppa, she showed my my options to suit by budget. I didn't feel any pressure, which I dread when buying anything expensive, so I was relieved how easy it was to talk to her explaining From our chat & spending time trying the beds several times, Becky was so patient, especially when I realised it was near closing time, but I felt I knew the right bed was there to buy at a great price.
