Becky catered for everything we required with, gave us the information we required to make a decision on which mattress and bed we'd like and also what warranty is available on products and what that covers.

All the staff were very friendly, helpful and attentive whilst giving us time to browse and try out beds without harassing us. Overall a very pleasant and reassuring experience

From the moment we walked in the store Becky was welcoming and knowledgeable.. she was not pushy and we felt that she explained the products and advised us according to our wants and needs. She was extremely thorough whilst maintaining a professional, positive and friendly attitude. We did not feel rushed or pushed into a purchase, the opposite was true.. even the store manager was also very accommodating and friendly.. we came away feeling extremely happy. Becky even carried our pillows, duvet etc to our car.. excellent service all round.. even the coffee was lovely
