The staff were very friendly and welcoming. They worked as a team, all being very helpful and knowledgeable of their products. They took time to listen, discuss and advise on what would be the best choices for our needs. We didn't feel as though we had been rushed into making a decision, and were very grateful for the ease of the whole process when buying our new bed.

Friendly store, happy and approachable staff. Becky helped us navigate around the store. Was very informative, showed us lots of options, and let us have time to think before we placed our order.

The assistant was very helpful and friendly i felt very safe in the store and the overall experience was very good.

We came to store 3 times before finally making our decision. Becky was fabulous on every occasion and very knowledgable. She remembered our concerns and knew what was needed. At the end of the day you spend a large portion of life in bed, so I think it’s not something you can make a quick decision
