Ian served us the first time and although he was new, he was friendly, attentive and had good product knowledge. Rebecca served us the second time and she was very helpful and knowledgable too

Becky was knowledgeable, friendly, and we never felt under pressure to buy at any point, which is a plus point in my book

Becky, the lady who served was very good and knowledgeable about the mattresses in store. We were shown 2 different mattresses and she didn't try and persuade us or be in our face about buying the more expensive one. This made us feel at ease with our choice.
