We came in to buy an inexpensive mattress for our spare room. Various options suggested and all of our questions answered. Staff friendly .

The lady. Becky was extremely helpful with her knowledge and understanding of what we wanted. She spent a lot of time explaining about the different beds and mattresses. She also kept my children entertained which meant we could shop at ease. She wasn't too pushy with the sale which made it easier for us to purchase from dreams

Ian served us at the Kidderminster store. He explained he was new there but his knowledge was excellent and if he was unaware of anything he asked a more experienced member of staff. He was very attentive. If all Dreams staff are trained like Ian, you have the winning formula for customer service.

Very friendly man Ian from Kidderminster served us. He spent a lot of time with me helping me decide even though I’m the most in decisive person and probably sent him mad! He showed a lot of patience and I really appreciate the time he took to show me different mattresses to help me decide.
