Honestly, some of the best customers service I have ever received. As soon as we walked through the door we were greeted with assistance. We were given guidance on numerous mattresses, but then given space to make a decision. Which I personally always value! Never once did we feel like the salesperson was trying to close a deal. Normally, I am one of those people that hates any advice or any additional add ons. This evening I walked away with a king matress, 2 Tempur pillows, a matress protector and a bed cover service plan. And truly couldn't fault a single thing. Excellent customer service. Well done dreams.

Becky came over when we entered the store and asked if we needed any help. At this point we weren't really sure so she said she would be over the other side of the room if we needed her. So not overly pressured. As soon as we started to look it was clear we didnt have a clue so Becky came back over. She asked if we wanted to use the sleep analyser and went through everything step by step. Following analysis she was fantastic in showing us a range of matresses to our budget and providing solutions. Once decided on our purchase it was processed quickly and easily and a quick delivery date arranged. Extremely happy with our experience.

The assistant Deb was very well informed about the products on offer. She was happy to spend time advising and showing all the options we were looking for. She made it easy to place the order and was very helpful

We were shown all of the options in respect of the product we were looking for (ottoman bed base) and all of our questions and queries were understood and answered fully. We needed to make sure that the base was large enough to store our luggage and took the cases in question to the store where we given unobtrusive assistance to ensure that we were purchasing the right product for our needs.
