Jason was very friendly and knowledgeable. Not pushy at all. Gave us plenty of advice.

Really good and friendly service. A cup of tea was offered and gratefully received.

We arrived before the store opened but the lovely assistant who served us opened early for us. My mom is disabled and she was treated so well. The assistant was very accommodating and made us a lovely cup of coffee while mom tried out the beds. She was very knowledgable and really couldn’t do enough to help. Mom gets very anxious so it was lovely to see her have such a positive experience. Thank you so much.

The staff in the kidderminster branch were amazing we took our two little girls with us and they helped keep them happy giving them books, talking to them making us feel less stressed while we chose our perfect bed, the knowledge that the staff had was amazing and didn't try and sell us the most expensive items weren't pushy like some places. 100% recommend.

The member of staff was extremely friendly and knew her product knowledge!

I explained to the lady what I wanted she picked a couple out she told me to try them then I picked the one I liked then she did all the paperwork she was very polite and efficient

The lady assistant was really helpful and not pushy which I hate, we went home to think about it. We returned the next day and deal with the same lady a and bought a new bed and mattress. Really happy
