The minute we walked into the store we were giving full attention by sales person, normally I don’t like that I like to look first but I definitely needed the sales persons help looking for the right mattress. Amazing friendly service

Donna our assistant was a great help . She was very Knowledgeable. I was impressed. She was also a very nice person. I didn't take long in selecting a mattress. I also managed to get a bargain on mattress covers , pillows etc .And an excellent delivery time. A great result.

Greeted very warmly, asked if we wanted help, shown to the testing mattress computer thing, offered drinks, then taken to all our possible matches and - crucially - left alone to make a decision! Very happy with everything.

The lady (Debbie) served us in an expert manner, trying to understand our requirements, explaining the different alternative beds to enable us to come to a satisfactory conclusion and purchase. Very helpful and professional.

From entering the store we were asked what we were looking for and we’re directed to the sleep match machine to find the best type of mattress suitable to us and I thought this was a great idea to find out what was the best match which helped us in deciding on the best mattress for us. The assistant then directed us to the various types of mattresses to test and talked us through these. Very helpful staff member.
