Dreams - Inverness

It is the third time when I buy a bed and mattress from Dreams, I am very satisfied with the quality of the items I bought. Best sleep ever on the mattresses and the beds are very sturdy. So, I came in the shop to buy the third bed for my smallest bedroom. I got a single bed, would have been great it I could see one in the store. That’s why I ticked‘satisfied’ for some of the questions. Overall I was very satisfied with the customer service offered in the Inverness store. Thank you.

The staff were helpful, knowledgeable and friendly but gave us time to consider what we needed.

It was a lovely experience. The assistance was spot on. There was no pressure to buy. I was shown a range of different beds and mattresses and the person was knowledgeable. I really enjoyed the mattress selector experience. And I felt valued.

The Manager was very knowledgeable and helpful in finding the bed best suited to our needs. Very aware of all her products and able to guide us through the whole process . She remembered us from our visit the week before.

Donnie was excellent , very knowledgeable in everything I asked and gave me excellent advice on what guarantees to take out on the bed and mattress , he was very accommodating with my delivery dates and he was so helpfully , his lady colleague (apologies I did not get her name ,but is from Glasgow) was also very friendly, it had a really nice atmosphere and nothing was an issue . I would highly recommend the inverness store due to the customer service I received from them both .

Greeted on arrival, put on the machine to determine the mattress firmness required, then taken round all of the suitable ones to try out. We weren't rushed & offered coffee or tea several times.

Sorted, just what I needed

The assistant did not pressure me in to buying what I was looking for but assisted me as to what was in store and left me to my own devices.
