David was very knowledgeable and friendly in his approach and we didn’t feel rushed or pressured at all.

The sales person was informative, friendly, professional and gave us plenty of time to make the right choice. No pressure.

All staff were cheerful, polite, friendly. The made the experience personal due to level of attentiveness. There were plenty of choices of beds to try and they asked us to take our time no rush to ensure that the one chosen was our choice of comfort and nothing else

We had exceptional service. Selected the right mattress for our needs based on information we gave the sales assistant. Was made a coffee and made to feel very welcome

Went window shopping for abed and was helped to select a suitable bed and mattress was satisfied that it was what I wanted so made the decision to buy

It was our first visit to the store. Young man acknowledged us when we went in and left us to browse. Another man came from another area and came to chat to us. He pointed out what we might like and we bought it.

Very knowledgeable on product when I explained what I was looking for and didn’t waste time trying to sell me in any other direction!

From entering the store we were greeted by a staff member and encouraged to have a wander. Donnie then approached us asking if it was a mattress we were looking for and asked us if we wanted to use the Dreams mattress finder. This is great and narrowed down our search. Donnie then showed us the mattresses the machine had selected for us and he was very knowledgeable about the differences between them. After showing us the ones that were selected for us, he let us wander about and try the ones we sifted out to try again. This was great as we didn’t feel pressure and could chat away ourselves honestly without the ear of a sales person. Donnie checked in now and again which was good but not pushy. We chose the mattress we bought and Donnie explained the 40 days sleep guarantee and all the extra cover etc. Overall it was a good experience and we were highly satisfied by the whole process!

Donnie was amazing! Despite us coming in late, he was very welcoming, supportive, perceptive, and ultimately personified exactly the kind of experience we didn't know we wanted in choosing a new bed. His product knowledge and breadth of experience made our selection a breeze and after a long trip to get there we were, quite honestly, delighted!

They were very helpful and kind.
