Initially placed a phone call to ensure the products viewed on line were available, 3 hr drive to my closest store. Very helpful chap called Donnie answered all queries. Donnie was equally helpful on our visit to the store which was instrumental in making our purchase that day.

We were highly satisfied with our experience at the Dreams store in Inverness and the main reason for this was the excellent customer service provided by the sales assistant, Tiree. She was knowledgeable about the store products as well as matching what we were looking for with the products available in the store. We felt valued, listened too and too and ultimately found a bed frame and mattress which met our exact needs. I can't emphasise the competence and helpful support from Tiree - this has definitely been one of the best bed purchasing experiences we've ever had. Thank you!

She was knowledgeable about the store products as well as matching what we were looking for with the products available in the store. Everything was great, parking,staff the range of products the knowledge of the staff

Friendly member of staff who took time to explain the products and then to use the sleep tester. He wasn't pushy or forward and allowed us to choose the right product with just the right amount of assistance.
