Tracy was very friendly from the moment we entered the store. Her professionalism, product knowledge and approachability were of the highest standards. She took care of us and was not a pushy sales manager. An excellent experience.

They came to our assistance very quickly, had great knowledge of the type of bed we required .

This was our first visit to Dreams we were welcomed immediately by Tracey the manageress who identified what our needs were, she was there if we needed her but was not at all pushy and gave us time on our own, very good experience.

The store manager, Tracey, was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. My husband and I went in to find a mattress for our first home and were guided through the process by Tracey, neither of us had any clue about mattresses. After testing the machine to find out perfect mattress, we then tried a few out and quickly found the one we wanted with help from Tracey. We were both extremely happy and ended up leaving with it ordered (to be delivered once we have a completion date on our flat) and ended up buying a bed too. Would easily go back to this store.

The member of staff assisted us was first class. He was knowledgeable, very helpful and friendly.
