totally helpful from start to finish

Your colleague working on Tuesday 3rd May in the Inverness store was excellent. He considered my comments about every mattress and made great suggestions. He was very knowledgeable and did not push for a higher-end sale (even though I ended up buying one). He also did this knowing he would not ‘get the sale’ as I had told him I would have to come in the following day to make the purchase, when he was off work.

This was the first shop in our search for a complete bed including mattress. A friendly welcome, left to look on our own but readily available when needed. Excellent product knowledge, no sales push but happy to discuss all options both on product and price

The manager/shop assistant was extremely helpful. Made every effort to show us what we wanted and needed. Not over pushy which liked.

The member of staff (Dave) was friendly and helpful, without being pushy. He took me through the sleep match machine, spoke me through different mattresses and prices, then gave me time to try them out and make my decision.

The service was good, seller was not pushing a sale and knew what I was looking for,

We were very pleased with our visit to the store. Everything worked out well, and the staff were all very friendly. We would recommend this store to others, and would return if we needed something.

It was a straightforward purchase. I told the assistant what I would like and he showed me some options to try out and explained the difference between each. The only dissatisfaction was there were not enough staff, so I was waiting around to get served

Excellent customer service from Donnie who was patient and took time to explain everything about the beds to us. Very positive experience overall.
