The sales man was very polite and not at all pushing for a sale just being friendly and helpful

Tracy our sales assistant was very welcoming and understanding. We were shopping for a new mattresses after buying a frame in your online sale in Jan but wantted to make use of the machine in store. We brought our 4 month along with us and Tracy made me very relaxed when he became unsettled. I never once felt rushed or like he was a distraction. Tracy was able to provide us with alot of additional information and was able to answer every question we had. She really knew her stuff but not in a pushy way. Cant thank her enough for her help from ariving to leaving. Lookomg forward to receiving our new bed

Had problems for a few days trying to arrange finance through Dreams, website didn’t work and couldn’t contact anyone, so called Dreams directly and the lady helped us, advised on products and was very knowledgeable and processed our order, with finance. She was extremely helpful and efficient.

Tracy, the Dreams representative, made the experience of shopping enjoyable and seamless. Her product knowledge was outstanding, giving both advanyages and disadvantages of the product, thus providing a non-biased view. Not once through out the telephone conversation was she pushy with me purchasing the product and, the icing on the cake, she offered the product at a discounted price, beating other retailers that I had earlier contacted. I have yet to receive the product, but if the process is as slick and professional as purchasing the product, I have nothing to worry. Thank you Dreams for your service. My wife and I will certainly be using you again in the not too distant future and, if possible, much credit should go to Tracy (Inverness department), as a true ambassador to Dreams.
