Colour codes to understand the type of mattress was not consistent throughout the store. Upstairs the colour codes did not apply, the sales assistant had come up to check if I was okay and was able to assist.

I was quoted £85 to take the old bed and mattresses away .should be a set price for collection however much they need to take .

Takes a month for delivery even though product apparently in stock. Failed credit check even though I have 999 Experian credit score, this was shown to store assistant at the time. Assistant didn’t know what to do

The manager of the store was most helpful and knowledgeable when advising us of the products on offer.
